Returns & Exchanges
At MiracleFace MedSpa, customer satisfaction is our priority. To maintain the integrity and quality of our products and services, we have established the following policy:
- Unopened Products: You may return or exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- Opened Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened.
- Prepaid Services & Packages: Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable. However, their value can be exchanged for other services, products, or a gift card of equivalent value.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $150 fee charged to the credit card on file.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a $200 fee.
